NMC Coast Guard Receiver Site Sign

NMC Receiver Site, Pt. Reyes, CA, 8 March 2003. NMC is the Coast Guard's Pacific HF Radio Station; the Point Reyes site has the receivers. This sign is recent (despite the bullet holes) -- note the reference to the Department of Homeland Security.
